This mandala is my Day 3 mandala for Psalm 23. For most people, Day 3 is the high point for a particular mandala Scripture study.
I spent more time on this mandala than I normally do. Part way through I realized that the insights coming to me were really good. Additionally I knew that this Christian Mandala was worth some extra effort as it would make a decent piece of art later on.
In part four we will begin to take apart the resulting Psalm 23 artwork from Part 1 and unpack its meaning. I will start with the large scallop shell in the upper part of the image.
